Job Description
- Handling of customer’s requests, complaints on Product application and process - related issues
- Trouble-shooting on products and process related problems
- Communication with regional offices on product application issues, new product evaluation, process/product trouble shooting
- Provide solutions to Customer’s process issues including cost and performance improvement.
- Lead in support for On-site evaluation of products (PCB process, especially in Electroless Copper and Acid Copper Plating)
- Guidance to Engineer on Process Improvement
- Guidance to Engineer on new product evaluation, trouble shooting and
- Intelligence feedback on Customer’s insight on business threats from competitors and growth opportunities
Job Requirements
- Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related
- 8 ~ 10 years in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) / General Metal Finishing, with 3~5 year experience in Plating
- Good Knowledge in PCB process, especially in Electroless Copper and Acid Copper Plating
- Able to communicate in both spoken and written English
- Able to speak and understand Japanese (JLPT 4 and above) an advantage
- Good understanding of Japanese working culture an advantage
- Possesses a Valid Driving License
- Independent Self-starter with good people skills
